Tetanus shot

Last week, my blood tests showed that I don't have any antibodies for tetanus. Today, I got my shot given by my Doctor - Eva.
When I arrived at her clinic, she proposed that she will give me tetanus today then Hepatitis vaccine two weeks after. Since I don't really care as long as I have all of them, I just said yes without thinking.
Then she said, "Oh, ok. So lie down on your belly. It should be on your butt and not on your arms like the other shots."
"Good joke, Eva", I said.
Then she said, "I'm not kidding."
